At Integrative Health & Rehabilitation, we offer our patients an array of integrative solutions to speed recovery and maximize function, with an emphasis on drug-free and nonsurgical options.
Rescued From Permanent Injury
While training as a competitive triathlete during his college years, Dr. Jim suffered a severe shoulder injury. “I was unable to swim, and even running or riding a bike became almost impossible.”
He had a close friend that was attending chiropractic college who convinced him to see a chiropractor. “Within a week I was training as hard as ever and feeling great!”
A Life of Dedicated Service
Following his graduation from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Dr. Jim enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic. Four years later, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, while still helping his fellow students as a graduate teaching assistant.
After establishing Integrative Health & Rehabilitation, Dr. Jim additionally received certification in acupuncture. Over the years he has spent hundreds of hours in postgraduate study, including courses in extremity adjusting and soft-tissue manipulation.
He considers his ability to impact the lives of others as his greatest reward in life. He has helped practice members
- Recover quickly from injury
- Get back into athletic competition
- Return to activities they once loved
- Avoid drugs and surgery through cutting-edge techniques
Outside the Office
When Dr. Jim isn’t busy attending to the needs of his practice family, he enjoys spending quiet time at home with his two yellow labs Tucker and Lucy. He also makes it a habit to go to the gym every day as one of the key elements in living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Delilah Crump
A proud Colorado native, Dr. Crump graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Mesa State University where she received a full athletic scholarship to play softball. She then enrolled in the Physical Therapy Doctoral program at Regis University. There, she specialized in treating Vestibular disorders, including dizziness and vertigo. As a sports enthusiast, Dr. Crump understands the important role that moving well plays in overall health.
An Early Interest
From a young age, Dr. Crump knew she would become a physical therapist. Her interest was first piqued while in high school. Heavily involved in athletics, Dr. Crump deeply respected the physical therapists that surrounded her on a regular basis. She went into undergraduate school with her sights set on physical therapy, and sure enough – Dr. Crump graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy only a few short years later.
One of the many aspects of physical therapy that Dr. Crump utilizes is dry needling. She developed an interest in dry needling after a severe car accident on the way to work left her back a mess. Dr. Crump’s instructor at the time, one of only a handful of people trained in dry needling at the time, was able to help her tremendously.
Not only is Dr. Crump certified in dry needling, but she also has extensive experience in performing ergonomic assessments, designing strength and conditioning programs, and providing manual care. Her experience includes a great deal of work with motor vehicle accident and sports related injuries.
Family Above All
Outside of her practice, Dr. Crump indulges her big, tight-knit family. With five sisters, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews – she stays busy spending time with her loved ones. Dr. Crump also enjoys yoga, gardening, live music, hiking, sports, and riding her motorcycle.
